The whole issue was handled so poorly by then that I left shortly after that. The next morning I did take him back into the casino as I needed to confront my anxiety issue and was not long that I was approached by a floor manager asking if he was a service animal and what he was trained for. I went and put him in the car after that but noticed security was constantly walking about the casino like they were looking for someone and my anxiety levels rose. ![]() I said I was only asking about their pet policy and she rudely told me that animals were not allowed in the building anywhere. ![]() She then asked to see his papers (which is illegal to do so). A woman at the front desk demanded to know if my dog was a service dog, I was so startled by her rudeness, I said yes. Since I wanted to stay at their hotel in the near future, I walked over to the hotel to inquire about pet policy. Many area casinos that I have visited welcome dogs and since there was no signage anywhere I assumed that he would be welcome at this place. But I travel with a small dog that helps me with PTSD anxiety and while not a "certified" service animal, I do not state he is a service animal.
